1. Ordering & payment
After a successful payment, your code appears immediately on the confirmation page and is also sent by email. This usually takes less than a minute.
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available options may differ per product. In the app, you pay through the same secure payment processor as on the website.
Yes, you can set the desired quantity when selecting your amount. Each code is delivered separately by email.
Try the payment again via the link on the status page. If you have already paid but haven't received a code, please email your transaction ID to [email protected].
2. Codes & activation
Follow the instructions on the product page. For most products you enter the code on the provider's website or app. The steps are also listed on your confirmation page.
Make sure you've entered the code in full and without spaces. If the code still doesn't work, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Some codes have an expiry date, which is listed on the product page and your confirmation. We recommend activating your code as soon as possible.
3. eSIM & the app
After payment, you'll receive a QR code and activation details by email. Scan the QR code via Settings on your phone, or enter the details manually. If you use our app, you can also install the eSIM directly from your overview.
Feel free to install the eSIM at home already. Your data bundle only starts once the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — so activating it early doesn't waste any valid days.
No. You can buy and install an eSIM bundle entirely via the website. The app is an additional option to manage your bundle(s), top them up, and receive push notifications about your data usage.
You log in with your email address. You'll receive a one-time login code or a direct login link by email — no password needed.
Yes. An eSIM data bundle works alongside your existing SIM card or number; calling, texting, and WhatsApp via your own number keep working as usual.
4. Gift cards
Tick 'This is a gift' during checkout. You can then add a personal message and enter the recipient's email address. The gift card is sent directly to the recipient.
Yes, the recipient receives a link by email that lets them view the digital gift card and the code.
5. Account & orders
No, you can order as a guest. You only need a valid email address to receive your code.
Go to the 'Order status' page and enter your order number and email address. You will also receive a confirmation email with a direct link.
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, as codes are delivered and activatable immediately. See our terms and conditions for more information.
